We found UBC Sentinel House on the internet when we were looking for a meeting room for the day in the Fleet area. The booking process online was very easy and straightforward. Upon arrival there was plenty of parking spaces and we were immediately greeted by reception/customer services who were very friendly and couldn’t have been more welcoming. They showed us to our meeting room, made sure we had everything we needed and even made us a coffee. The room was clean, air conditioned and had a white board and flip chart. Throughout the day they checked on us making sure we had enough drink and food. Customer service was fantastic and couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely use again. Thank you!

We used this workspace for the first time for a whole day meeting. The team there were very nice and checked in fairly regularly to see if we needed anything, and were very friendly.

Hot drinks and water provided and the lunch was nice. The facility had whiteboards, flip charts, internet and everything we needed for our meeting.

Plenty of parking!

This was the first time we had used this facility and we will do again.

From the initial inquiry stages into a suitable office space, Magda has been flexible and supportive, showing understanding for a start-up's difficulties.
Magda helped us find the right space for our business and ensured we were all settled and comfortable.
Months later, we still feel both Magda and Natalie are amazing, and very supportive in our journey, going as far as connecting us with other similar businesses in the building and constantly checking on us to ensure all is going well.

I’ve been using the hot desking and coworking facilities at UBC Fleet, and it’s been fantastic. The staff are warm, friendly, and always go above and beyond to help. The amenities are spotless, the internet is super reliable, and their flexibility is second to none. I can’t fault them – other suppliers could learn a lot from UBC!

Wooden Spoon has been located in UBC Fleet since March 2017 and are very pleased with the office facilities.

During this time we have changed our requirements on many occasions and UBC Fleet have been very accommodating to meet our needs. They have been flexible in their support of us.

Currently we are using two offices in the location with additional space as and when needed. This has proved very beneficial as we need this extra space at different times in the year.

The team are great, very helpful and fun to work with. They support our charity in many ways.

Nice offices where I ad-hoc rent desks for team meet-ups. The environment is very nice and good to work in - good size desks, well lit and clean rooms, good Internet access.

The staff are always exceptionally friendly and helpful to us. Anytime we have some questions or need a whiteboard, they've been available, accommodating, and have gone further than I would have expected to help us.

We will keep going back as it's such a nice and easy way to get a group of us into a room.
