Came to have a look at what cars were on offer met a very friendly sales man called Kevin, not like most sales people wasn’t at all pushy let us look at our own pace but when we had questions he was on hand with knowledgeable answers chose the car we felt was best fitted for use but when we went home and hand doubt about fitting the children’s car seats in he allowed us to come back and try the seats in without hesitation. We settled on a slightly different car and a week later we are here to collect our car and couldn’t be happier with have Kevin has kept us up to date with everything if only more sales people were like him.

Came in to look for a new car with mobility, Kevin was very helpful, allowed us to browse in peace, look for what we liked, and allowed us to try our child seats in a car in the show room to see that the space was adequate. Very easy transaction, very helpful in helping us complete our purchase and today we will drive away happy.

My EV6 company car recently broke down the AA attended and diagnosed the issue immediately. One of the problems was a 12v battery which was duly replaced with a brand new Bosch battery costing £300 with a 4 year warranty and fully tested on the vehicle. The car was then drove in limp mode to Kia, Clarks of Kidderminster. I was told they couldn’t look at the car for one week which was fine, the AA gave them a full diagnostic report and I went on my way. After a week I received a call from the service representative who stated they now knew what was wrong with the car, this was identical to the AAReport, what did concern me was the fact that Clark’s said I needed a new 12v battery, fleet who were unaware one had been replaced authorised a Kia battery with a one warranty. When I told the representative they had replaced a brand new 5 day old battery she said oh!!!! The car was in the garage for three weeks before the repair was completed. When I picked up the vehicle it was in a right mess internally, no attempt was made to clean the vehicle inside and out they didn’t offer. My car mat driver side had oil marks, no protection was installed to protect the mat soiling whilst the technician worked on my car. On the same day I picked up the vehicle I noticed a severe vibration from the wheels, it was booked back in again to solve the problem. I received a call again from the receptionist, she stated that the tyres had been replaced as they were non standard budget tyres! Attending Clark’s to collect the car the receptionist said the front tyres had been changed. I questioned her explanation stating the only tyres I had changed was the rear set, these were completed with top end tyres by my company’s fleet department the front were fitted as new from Kia not the budget ones they stated in the report. No explanation was given for this when challenged. Clark’s had inspected the tyres several times weeks before when the car was serviced by them. Clark’s were obviously using the fleet authorisation to earn extra money carrying out unnecessary repairs. Anyone else using them question and ask to see the old replaced parts before parting with your hard earned money
Would I fully trust this garage the answer unfortunately is no. I will be contacting the motor trade Ombudsman and Kia to voice my concerns.

I collected my new car today and wanted to say that Roger was absolutely amazing, he made everything go so smoothly with the purchase, went above and beyond with help and information and he also updated me with information when needed. He worked very hard to secure my favourite colour Suzuki and I am over the moon with it! Couldn’t recommend Clarks of Kidderminster enough.

Extremely rude, so pushy we told the staff about our budget completely ignored and they showed us a car “we would want” after saying we didn’t want that car we where pressured into a lengthy conversation about PCP HP etc and at no point where we actually able to speak. The elderly guy who spoke to us was nice at the start and extremely pushy and rude to my partner at the end when she said she wanted time to think about it. Would not recommended at all sadly
