The team have been so helpful in providing me with the right information regarding the timescales for printing and advise regarding appropriate binding methods and paper quality for my dissertation documentation.

They clearly checked the documents through thoroughly, as I had a page in the document where text was offset and the team flagged it, allowing me to change it prior to binding.

Any queries or timing updates were professionally relayed via email or phone call.

All my documents have been printed and finished to a professional standard, with a very fast turn around for reasonable cost. I will returning here for any future printing.

I ordered a print on a PVC board. The first print had some bubbling on it. I contacted John E Wright who organised a new print to be posted to me. Unfortunately this was damaged in the post and they sent me a third print. This print looked great but had some scratch marks that normally would disappear after a few days. In this case they didn't go away and I was offered a refund.
I'm not able to use the print due to scratch marks but it is worth noting that the quality of the print is good. The customer service has also been great with an ongoing conversation through the process, suggesting options for the print I wanted.

Steve in Kidlington gave his time to help me get the best prints from my original Oil Paintings, using the Giclee process. The results are fantastic and with a very good competitive cost. All the staff are friendly and gave excellent helpful advice from their experience as printers. I will not hesitate to use them again.
