You know what there are alot of negative reviews on here and I think most are unfair. I work as a customer development Co ordinator at my firm. We've used sales I for a while. Me and my boss attended training at their soli Hill office and it was a great day. Office is amazing, food was amazing and they were so relaxed and made training as good as it can be. Granted there were alot of issues with the software but most of them were how our system communicated with theirs. Hats off to them as we were emailing all the time with various issues but they sorted them all and the software is bang on. I love this software and it makes my job a million times easier.

I have been with Sales-I for a number of years now and although the system is only average their support and IT teams have failed to fix what is a very fundamental issue in the past 4 weeks resulting in serious down time within our business. I would not recommend anyone using this companies software as our business is now in a position where we are losing money to a platform that is running so slow due due to a software issue with no immediate short term fix:(

A very poorly ran company that's awful to deal with in all aspects, from the customer services and sales team, right through to management. They'll say absolutely anything to get you on board as a customer and then try to cheat and swindle you out of your money. My understanding is that the problem stems from bad management and bad practices put in place from above which has a trickle down of such negativity within the organisation that those at the bottom just don't care about maintaining the company image. They'll say one thing and then do something else. They'll say they'll charge you a certain amount and then try to crank the price up on you last minute in the hope you'll just pay it. There isn't enough words to describe just how unprofessional this company is. All I can say is that if you're a potential customer of Sales-i considering signing up with them then save yourselves the headache and go with a different company.

They still can not meet our needs as sold to us, they haven’t delivered it within 60 days as per the order and we are now 10 months from order, they have charged us for licenses even when they hadn’t got the system to a state that we could even test it let alone use it, and then it wasn’t until we cancelled the order that they started to take us seriously. Quite frankly they are a disgrace, their customer support is terrible, they are arrogant and they have treated us like clowns. i have to post 1 star as its the lowest i can do but its still too high.
