Our Magento store was a mess thanks to the last agency, and we were desperate for a fix. Enter Opace. David took the time to figure out what went wrong, gave us an honest cost (not cheap but totally fair), and laid out a solid plan.

The project wasn’t easy—outdated plugins, dodgy custom code, stock sync bugs, SEO damage... but the team tackled it all. Now the site’s fast, reliable, and way easier for us to manage in-house.

They also moved us to Litespeed hosting (big speed boost), added custom reports to help with orders, and tweaked images and load times for better performance. Customers are happier, conversions are up, and even our suppliers have noticed the improvement.

The whole thing took 8 weeks. Since then, we’ve barely needed support—which says a lot.
