Over priced ‘Cash only’ for a bad car park with nothing working and 70 % shops empty - a sad state of affairs - TKMAX + COSTA + HMV is about all there is

Very light and cheerful, with a selection of stores cafes and a gym.
There is also plenty of seating and space with toilet facilities on the upper level, accessed either by lift or escalator.

Not a great place unfortunately. So many shops closed down and the escalators and lift going down were not working. A woman in a wheelchair did not know until she wanted to get back on the ground floor. Her husband was with her so I didn't stay to see how she got down, maybe a lift in car park

When it first opened it was full of great shops, now it is a shadow of that with less than half the units occupied. Something needs to be done to get more traders to rent the units otherwise soon there will be no shops there.
HMV has relocated back there, pure gym is thriving, Pandora is back. Much more is needed

Great walk shopping centre originally open to fanfair with every unit filled. From high-end jewellers, Next, TJ Maxx, and several boutique fashion shops. Sadly in 2025, the place is filled with cheap clothing brands and too many closed stores. 30% of the stores in this shopping centre are closed.

A word of warning to anybody coming to the shopping centre do not pull in to the car park by the jailhouse to pick up somebody as there’s CCTV cameras and an automated parking system. The system will send you fines for £100 even if you were just doing a three turn.

Lifts not working in car park, directed to shopping centre where lifts also out of order and escalators taped off . My daughter with a 4 month old baby was stranded on the upper floors.

The lifts to the car park are often out of order as are the escalators from the ground floor to the 3rd floor.in addition the lift from the ground floor to the 3rd floor is often out of order. It's terrible if you struggle walking and finding stairs difficult to manage.
