I hired Nerds Agency to create my business website and manage my Google Ads, but it turned out to be a nightmare. They took £2000 in advance and delivered nothing but a poorly designed, incomplete website filled with mistakes. Their communication is non-existent, and they refuse to take responsibility for their sloppy work. The lack of professionalism and dishonesty from this company is shocking. Avoid them at all costs unless you want to waste your money on unreliable and unqualified amateurs.

AVOID
This company built a website for me but used unlicensed pictures that I guess they just found on Google. With stock photo subscriptions being available at very reasonable prices it seems crazy that a so called reputable agency would use Google images. Anyway, the owner of one of the pictures was Reuters who are now requesting £680 for a settlement for using the pictures. Nerds have accepted responsibility but have not made payment and now won't answer calls or return emails. We have written confirmation that they have accepted responsibility so I'm surprised that they want this to go down the legal route as it will end up costing them a hell of a lot more.
Anyway, I would recommend avoiding this company but if you do decide to use them, please make sure you check where any pictures they use are sourced from. Otherwise if you get in trouble the Nerds will just go missing!!
