Great initial contact and communication throughout. Have a handy app to check shifts and give reminders, very impressed. Working with people from other recruitment agencies and none of the other appear to have such clear communication! Great, would recommend. There is a lady who is usually on the on-call, I think she needs to be investigated because when she is on the on-call, all soft shifts must have been taken whenever you ask to take it. This same comment has been the experience of every other pinpoint staff I have met. The lady knows herself and I am very sure many people must have reported her. Other than this, Pinpoint has been great at what they do...
