We didn’t have the smoothest process due to our chain but the team At Mortimers in Clitheroe did everything they could to keep things moving and everyone up to date.

Geraldine and the team at Mortimers were fantastic from start to finish. They were extremely patient over the years we were looking for the perfect house, and kept in regular contact sending us details of suitable properties in the area where we were looking.

When we eventually found the right property, and going through the house buying process, Geraldine was quick to respond to all my questions. No question was too small or too silly. Her friendly and professional approach was always welcome and reassuring.

Charlotte, Sam and Alisha were absolutely fantastic through our process of buying our first home. They were understanding with us when there was a problem, they helped and guided us through areas we struggled with. But most importantly they were kind and caring - taking the time to talk to us! Absolutely excellent all the way through the process of selling my property and buying a new home. All the staff I dealt with were highly professional and friendly.
