Nice town market with a variety of stalls. Reasonably laid out and with benches to sit and chill out for a while. Car park on site makes it easy to visit, however I recommend using booths car park. Short walk however you get 1 hour free parking which saves you a few quid to spend on the stalls. Well worth a visit on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

I was excited about going to this market but it was slightly underwhelming. There was. Great stall which made prints in wood and slate which I think was called Cutting Edge Creations and the lady running it was called Julie. They do so many personalised items which make great gifts for pet owners, sports fans. I was impressed that she took orders for bespoke pieces. Really cool

Toms Cooked Meats
Excellent produce, lovely family. Tom was a legend but his stall has been left in highly capable hands
If I lived nearby I would be here several times a week.
When you've bought fabulous food from here other places don't come close
I look forward to returning, hopefully soon.

Tuesday market at Clitheroe. One of the best markets around the area. Great vegetable stalls. Managed to get the first of the Jersey potatoes at a good price.
Great butchers, a local chicken for £8.00. roasted it and the flavour was great. Sat in the sun at the outdoor cafe with a lovely coffee and chicken samosa what more can you ask for.
Definitely my go to market now.

Nice market but not enough stalls. Would love to see it busier with the community supporting local traders. Love the fresh produce sold; vegetables, cheeses, meat. And nice to see an Asian stall too selling hot food and artisan coffee. There's also a stall selling bacon butties, pies, cheese toasties. It's a fairly decent mix of items.

Great traditional Market, lots of wonderful Market Traders, from bespoke picture frames, to dog treats, fruit and veg, cakes, Asian Street food, book and card stall, food , clothing, etc
We trade on Clitheroe Market selling Handmade gifts, ie Handmade Pens, Razors, shaving Brushes , lovely local people and very nice customers love Clitheroe.

It's being done up to a very good standard. Stallholders and locals are helpfull and freindly that's what it's about, some shopping catching up with others, having a brew or an eat, or both. You don't need an excuse to go, just pick yourself up and have a wander and enjoy meeting others.
