I have recently used Creative Branding for my new workwear and I have to say the whole process was flawless. From Hannah taking my call originally and putting a bespoke bundle together for me, to the communication afterwards and the actual product itself. Extremely aggressive shop workers came outside the front of their shop and shouted at me to move my vehicle despite an HGV blocking me in and one of their own vehicles preventing me from turning around and parking in a different area. I moved my car as much as I could so that they could continue unloading boxes from the HGV. The HGV wouldn't have been able to reverse down any further due to the narrow turn and size of the vehicle any way so my moving made no difference. They cannot enforce where people park on the shared private driveway, only the land owner can. I am so shaken by the experience I may report the incident to the police.
One of the workers started taking photos of me which was extremely uncomfortable and
unnecessary. I wanted to start using this business for my own business venture but I simply cannot do that now due to the sheer aggression and intimidation I just experienced. Very disappointing. Edit*** the harassment and intimidation continued for days after this and I have since had to leave the gym I was a member of since 2018 which is situated next to this business. I would be very wary of doing business with a company which would allow staff members to act in such a way. I feel it only fair I share my experience here.
