We have been using Crystaline for many years now. Their service is very professional and they are always available when we call or leave support tickets. We currently use them for all our mobile phone contracts/land lines and leased lines and they also manage the telephone system that they installed on premise for us.

Myself and Age UK Oxfordshire have been working with Crystaline Communications for the past 12 years. During that time they have helped modernise our comms infrastructure by setting up new VoIP systems in 5 different offices; managed our large mobile phone account (saving us money with each renewal) and provided unrivaled support whenever and wherever we have needed it.

The fact that I can pick up a phone and not have to wait on hold; send an email and know that it will not be ignored, and not get the frustrating "I'm sorry, but you're not the named contact on this account", means that dealing with issues is painless and I know that any issues will be resolved a lot sooner.

As a Charity, money plays a big factor in our decision making process, so we always have to get comparison pricing every time we renew. I am confident that Crystaline always offer their best price first time, as over the 12 years, there is only 1 time when Crystaline didn't come out cheaper than a competitor, but that was only by pence per month.
