Had to return a faulty slow cooker to the Louth shop l found the managers attitude quite unhelpful and unfriendly. I was eventually given a refund as a replacement was not available even though it was listed on line as available

Disappointing. I had to return a self propelling wheelchair. The front wheel had split in two whilst my elderly relative (who has a painful degenerative bone condition)was using it. I took it in and requested a refund. The manager totally missed the point, barking 'we are not refunding that' and insisting that the broken wheel was the result of undue force or accidental damage. In fact it was being wheeled along a relatively flat surface when it broke in two. We then had a heated exchange about consumer rights, with the manager insisting I take it up with the manufacturer, before she became mute and refused to engage with me any further. A very unpleasant experience for those present. Fortunately I'm not easily fobbed off. I made a 5 minute telephone call to a lovely customer services representative; he arranged a collection and refund. Lesson learned; I won't be shopping in person at the Louth store again.

Shocking service, drove 25 minutes to collect a parcel for my partner. I arrived with her ID to be refused service as I was collecting on her behalf, yet other branches never question it. Staff are all miserable and there wasn’t a single smile in sight! I will never visit again or encourage anyone to do so. My partner reluctantly later collected after another journey was made, and they made sarcastic comments about her ID/appearance. Totally disrespectful and bang out of order the old hags! I will be making a complaint.

Two staff members went above and beyond, superb service and exceptionally helpful. Thank you to both ladies who helped me out only half an hour before the shop shut.

Bought a casio watch with a flat battery, sue says it's sometimes how they come from argos storage you can't return it for a refund, she lied to me , never use Louth Argos again, got a full refund and apology from a different Argos ,

Everything here is a shopping mall and lots of shops situated in seaside town of skegness lots of arcade shops and cafes and further down the road is called fish and chips alley but best fish and chips to buy in skegness is the best and situated along the front where the clock tower us

What's happened to Argos? Poor quality items backed up by very bad customer service. Would not refund broken item that was either defective or not fit for purpose.

I have taken the decision to not wear a mask in my private life. I've become quite agoraphobic and find shopping a stressful experience. I visited Argos today to collect an online order. There was a sign on the door acknowledging that mask wearing was a personal choice but they hoped people would wear one. I was quite nervous going in but was treated in a very friendly and polite manner. Many thanks for your help.
