Not able to get on to site. And no answers when email . Can't find number only one but lady who answered said she had no idea. All I want is my voucher

After buying a spa day deal at Grand Harbour Hotel,Southampton from Highlife I was completely unsatisfied with the whole experience. The spa day went from bad to worse with continual comments/complaints made to the manager. Following my experience I contacted Highlife as their website does say that "in the event that you are disappointed with goods/services received, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis". I followed procedure and am very disappointed with the way in which Highlife have taken no responsibility for the goods they promote. Once the deal has been used and money has been taken, they are not bothered what the customer receives. Will not use again !!!!
