Simply the best place to stay (self-catering) in Lyme Regis! Situated on the side of a valley, with a lovely, peaceful walk following the river into the town and to the sea, Haye Farm is in the perfect location. The accommodation is comfortable and well maintained, and the owners, Richard and Michelle, are delightful. I've been fortunate enough to have holidayed at Haye Farm for decades, and I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else - whenever I arrive there, it's like coming home.

A really amazing location just 15 minutes walk from the beach. We stay here at Christmas to be near family and we are always really impressed. The views are stunning and it is perfect for us with a dog, as there are some really lovely walks straight from the door.

Amazing views of the countryside.
Good clean accommodation, so quiet and peaceful. The owners, Richard and Michelle are lovely people, friendly, yet give you lots of space.
A fantastic place to stay if you have well behaved children and dogs!
Just a mile from the pretty town and beach.

Amazing place. Fantastic cottage, really clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, easy walk to town and beach. The farm itself is wonderful, lovely views, plenty of parking and cheeky goats!! Couldn't have asked for more. We are retuning next year. Can't wait

It is wonderful here. Immaculately kept farm area with far reaching views. The accommodation has everything included to make for a comfortable holiday, even down to washing up liquid, t towels, bathroom towels. Iron and ironing board, just in case you need it.
It is very peaceful and only a short walk along the river Lim to Lyme Regis with all it has to offer.
I would say it is a good value holiday.

It was an absolutely fantastic week in a beautiful setting. The cottage was lovely with everything you could want in the building. Beautifully clean and all covid procautions were taken, highly recomended and pet friendly, already provisionally booked for next year.
