Do not use!! If for some reason you cannot complete for is we lost our buyer they are bow charging us 1200 and will have to pay the full amount again to complete on a house

Poor service. This firm had previously prepared our wills (my husband and I) when they were in Beckenham. We asked to book an appointment to go back to review the wills and they booked us in at their Bromley office. 1 week later I received a call from them saying they were unable to keep the appointment as they were “at capacity”. Even though we were existing clients we have had to follow up with a new firm of solicitors.

Despite coming onto the case mid transaction, she quickly got acquainted with the details of the case. Once she joined, I felt the transaction moved quicker and smoother.

I would strongly recommend not using this company. We requested advice in August 2023 regarding SDLT payable for a property transaction and was advised in writing that there would be nothing payable. We commenced the legal process a few weeks ago and have now been given completely opposing advice by a solicitor within the same firm. We questioned this in more detail and never received a response as the solicitor was off unwell. We received a note from an equity partner but with no apology or acceptance that this has put us in an incredibly difficult position and not offered any sort of gesture. Would certainly not use again.
