The short time I spent at RedSeven has been filled with a lot of focus on personal development and progression within the business. I enjoyed the flexibility of choosing my working days and being in complete control of earnings. The harder you work, the more you earn - this does not go unnoticed as hard work certainly gets recognised and rewarded. Extensive coaching is provided in the first week and carried on as your weeks go on to build on and refresh your skills. I could go on and on about the job itself but the biggest winner is the infectious working environment and the brilliant team within it. I highly recommend RedSeven, it goes without saying what a fantastic business it is and overall I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the office!

I went to the office of Redseven Marketing, Bristol last week for an interview. I was told to complete a questionnaire and wait for a while to be called for the last 1 on 1 interview. As there were many applicants some of us were told to go back home and wait for a call from the recruiter.
I am waiting since last 1 week to get a call but no one has called me yet for the last bit of my interview process. I called the recruiter but no one is picking up. I even tried to email them but again no reply from their side. I at-least deserve an answer of the interview round.

I’ve been working at RedSeven since October 2020, my time here has been filled with lots of development within myself and the business. I enjoy the flexibility of my hours, being able to have time off when I need to. Also being in control of my earnings; the harder I work the more money I earn. As I went from being paid for set amount of hours in the Outlet, to a performance based pay. Through the free coaching provided I was promoted within my second week and now working towards my next promotion! RedSeven do promote a lot of overseas travel as rewards for performance, unfortunately as a result of COVID I’ve not been able to go, but looking forward to when I can! Overall I really enjoy the atmosphere of the office.
