My husband brought a huawei phone from this branch, paid over £450 as he wanted a water-resistant phone with a good camera. Within the first few weeks the camera developed a fault. The branch sent it back but had no spare phone to provide him with. They sent a new phone but a couple of months down the line the same fault with the camera developed. My husband took the phone back to store wanting a refund as he did not trust the brand anymore. However despite a refund being his legal right as the item is less than 6 months old and not fit for purpose the staff insisted he could not get a refund. They put my husband into the repairs team via the phone who stated otherwise but the staff member still insisted he could not do a refund. In all this time the store manager was stood just a few feet away and clearly had no intention of assisting with this problem. When I approached him he said there was nothing he could do we would have to call customer services. We tried this but to the line was awful. I asked why the manager was not doing this and pointed out that surely it is his job to resolve such issues but he continued to be utterly unhelpful. I therefore would not recommend this shop. We may as well have brought the phone online as you don't get any assistance with any issues in the shop.

?I called into the Bromborough store last wednesday 5 April, just before closing time, to get a sim to download my photos onto. The young guy who served me was SO helpful and showed me how to used it, even tho he was minutes away from finishing for the day! Thanks Sam, you're a real ⭐

Went with a broken phone that i had bought that day in the Birkenhead store, hoping to return it and get a replacement sent out, due to this store being the only one open at 6pm. Was dealt with by Diana, who told my mum to basically 'stop talking to her so she can concentrate'. After an hour she admitted to us that she actually did not know how to do a replacement, and despite asking a colleague (i didn't catch a name) was fobbed off with a 'do it yourself' which i was surprised at, given her specifying to him that we were in a rush. Took the phone back home to take to birkenhead the next day, who struggled briefly with the returns because bromborough had left the transaction open on their computers. But ultimately solved the issue within 3 minutes when this was sorted! Would not come here again, whether purchasing a phone or dealing with a query definitely go to the Birkenhead store.
