Hi-Lite Services are very grateful to Martin at Total Results Ltd. for all the hard work his company has put into building our e-commerce website, the finished product is fantastic.

Our original website was very basic and so, to replace it, we looked at a number of providers. Total Results soon became our first choice. Right from the outset they have always been readily available and swift to complete any requests we made.

Their professionalism, friendly approach, and advice are outstanding. They completed our website quickly and have continued to make changes for us as our product range has increased. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them and we are extremely happy with the end result.

I originally approached Martin in 2014 to build a website and I was told after weeks of non contact that he was "too busy" to build itand a Third Party was taking over. I did not hear from Martin again until earlier this year when through a Third Party he demanded a Payment of 50 pounds for the domain Name I contacted him and arranged to set up a Payment plan which he ignored and through a third Party contact i paid him installments which he claimed he did not receive. I was then contacted earlier this week by a third Party to say if i did Not Pay Martin 90 pounds that he was terminating my website I managed to contact Martin directly and was spoken to badly. I am Upset to think how anyone in business could act so unprofessionally making threats of taking my website down when he has not billed me directly and always used a third Party to contact me, Apart from his phone number not even his email works on here and I had no option to contact him on Facebook to express my concerns and he has since blocked me. Please do not use his service as he will not respond to you and when he does he will make threats and demands he even told me that his Electric was gonna get disconnected if I didnt cough up Payment. I would have been happy to set up a direct debit for his services if needs be.My Advice Avoid like the Plague and go Elsewhere
