Broadband and Tv outage across a wide area for 48hrs. Communication from Virgin Media absolutely shocking. Disgusting that no compensation payable until after day 2, not a way to look after your customers. Customer services skills need to be improved.

Extremely dissapointed in Virgin media. I have been without BB/ internet, TV, phone etc for almost 3 days. No information or explanation given. When i reported same obtained 3 different days and times re service return. Quite a concern as i require this for home working. Also the day prior to service loss, I recieved a notification that my contract would be due for renewal in next few months at an increased priced of an additional £40 plus.
I dont think so.

Joined virgin, had site engineer visit. Advised about sloping roof but advised installation would be ground floor via kitchen. Had 3 installation dates all cancelled by virgin. Numerous phone calls to be told we won't install find another provider. I'm now without broadband so no television, no access to apps. Spent £35 on a data sim card which didn't work so £25 upgrade with mobile phone provider. Direct debit was in place, Web account was up and running but they already knew I wasn't getting installation. As site survey engineer advised he'd done similar properties to mine without problems. I have friends with same style property to mine now getting broadband from virgin. If that's your way of treating potential customers you've wasted a lot of money coming to Ashington. Also they'll lie about social broadband

I called to follow up on accounts of my late clients and spoke to Rohana from the Bereavement team. I called quite late and she was left with about 15 minutes to end her shift but she was very kind and helpful. Thank you Rohana for making a dark time so easy.

46 hours with no internet is unacceptable in this era. I begrudge the 1 star I'm giving even. Your communication with us was non-existent, just repeated lies and misinformation from your automated bots. Can't wait to get Starlink installed and be done with the lot of you. UK service providers are joke, an insult to the engineering profession and you all deserve to be put out of business.

The Virgin / O2 merge was an absolute shambles. Correspondence is not aligned to the customer services process. Everytime i phoned Virgin they said to ring O2...Everything I phoned O2 they said to ring Virgin. Received emails addressed from O2, but O2 cannot help. The merge is a farce and simply sends customers down sad, lonely path of stress and confusion. Shocking customer service from both!

Switched my Mobile to O2 nearly a year ago. Great service, great prices, great coverage. No problems at all. At least they have the guts to offer EU services free, unlike nearly every other provider. I’ll stay with O2 whilst they give this kind of service. Can’t fault them. ?

This is an utterly irresponsible company. I connected their broadband recently and already have so many problems that I have not had in my entire life with Internet providers. At first, everything was fine. But they started some technical work in our area NW3 on November 10th. Since then, my Internet has been interrupted every 3-5 minutes, and my work has been destroyed. They sent an engineer. He checked the home equipment and said it was fine. He added that the problem is with their system, not at my flat. And now, I’ve been living without the Internet for more than a week, and no one is solving the problem. Finally, I demanded to terminate my contract. Virgin Media is trying to charge cancellation fees, but I will apply to the tribunal and other authorities to protect my consumer rights from unscrupulous service providers like Virgin Media.
Guys, never Virgin Media. Believe me.
