I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I was sent an image of my branded jackets completed (and already posted) to find it completely different to the logo I had asked for. I was asked for a pdf to be sent via email - however they had not received one so decided to use my screen shot as the design to print however the font, dog graphic, dots and lines are not the same …. in fact the colour isn’t the same either! If I was sent the design to sign off to be printed - I would’ve said no to this design, but none was sent. As a company that has branded items (leaflets, uniform, business cards etc) this is not acceptable to use. I have asked for a refund and I have said I will not be accepting the items from the postman as it is not what was described or asked for. Under the consumer act I am entitled to a refund as the item is classed as faulty because it is unsatisfactory quality. I keep being told to see the item because it is “lovely” however missing the point that is not my logo printed on the garments!
