Buyers beware!!! I bought a printed doormat, within 8 weeks, after extremely late arrival the printing had disappeared!
I contacted the seller to be told the mat was sitting in the rain…. it wasn’t , it was in a sheltered area and I showed pictures proving that! Besides, it’s an outside doormat!!!

They wouldn’t do anything for me because they have a 30 day policy!
The mat is faulty due to the very poor printing.
They were very unprofessional and not helpful at all.
I’ve always found Etsy to be very good but unfortunately A1 graphics has been a bad experience.
I would not recommend this seller.

I have never received my order. I placed the order on 22.12., and it was supposed to be delivered on 17.1. I have contacted support multiple times to ask about the status of my order, and they just told me it would be late—sorry—but with no update on where the shipment is or when I will receive it. Finally, after 10 days of delay without any explanation, I asked them to tell me when it would be delivered and where it was. They asked me to resend my order—so I asked them, does this mean my order is lost and I will have to wait another month for it to be delivered? If so, I want my money back. And they just sent the money back to my account without a word or explanation. It was a present for someone that was late because of then—I told the person it would be late, and now they won’t get it at all. Don’t buy there—terrible shop and terrible support!

On the 21st August I messaged this company to query the delivery of my parcel as it had not arrived yet. I received no reply until I stated ‘I need help with my order’ through Etsy on the 23rd August. The customer service I received was appalling. They told me it had been delivered according to Royal Mail however I was not in receipt of the item. After numerous messages I was not listened to. I asked the seller for a refund as I had not received the item and was ignored. The matter was only resolved when I contacted Etsy and made a case asking for a refund. I do not recommend.

Terrible customer services - item sent in the wrong size and they told me that the item is good quality and that noone else ever noticed the size was wrong before so there are no errors on their side. I had to escalate the case to get a refund. The item was very nice but based on their customer service and attitude to an incorrect product being sent out, I would not purchase from them again.
