I used these for some flyers and a leaflet. So clueless everytime I wanted something doing they did their own thing. Evertime I tried to give input they just ignored me. I told the person 3 times still ignored. when I received my leaflets they where printed with a huge font. I explained I did not like them they said no they where good. Nothing was personalised for me pr my business just generic graphic. I found another company that I won't mention but wonderfully people asked me step by step not in a rush to put the order through.
