Service started off well with Richard, since then, Hamza took over and nobody notified us of the change. calls and emails were not responded to, jobs not carried out and now they are not releasing our boards. communication with the company has been poor and they send chasing, threatening emails before confirming if jobs were actually carried out. refused to put boards up at a property but placed other Agents boards. service has completely gone downhill.

Boards took way too long to get up an and once they were many of them were damaged.

Communication with Agency Express has been poor (putting it politely). Responses to our concerns have been disappointing, largely ignored.

We now use another firm with a huge sense of relief.

I absolutely love working with Agency Express! They make life so much easier by the service that they offer to me as a independent Estate Agent. I always speak with Julie , she has always been so friendly and kind. Julie helps me with everything I need answering and I know she is only a phone call away! There is no connection between the head office and franchisee.

Head office just bill agents without checking if job was done. Then they suspend service as invoice not paid and subsequently send threatening payment demands.. no one ever picks up the phone to speak to you!

The customer service at agency express has been excellent. The whole process from ordering boards to receiving invoices is just so easy and stress free. Andy who puts my boards up always sends me a photo of the board when erected and a motivating comment when he adds the sold sign. I would like to give the whole company 5 stars but in particular Andy because his messages are going above and beyond what other board services do.

Really disappointing service. Regularly refused to put boards up at properties (still charged..), often put up the wrong board, would take soo long to carry out a request by the time the board was erected it had already been instructed to be changed. Annual cost increases as standard despite declining level of service. Final straw, they refused to return our board and post stock to the office meaning we had to incur additional costs (despite the boards being collected from our office originally). Really would encourage agents to consider alternative providers!
