I’m not a person who writes reviews, but I was very frustrated to the extent where I had to write this review.

I have called this company, three days in a row, requesting to speak to a sales or marketing advisor, each time they took my details and told me somebody called Mark will call me back but with no luck. Which is fine!

I called today the receptionist to express my frustration and How this approach would make their customers lose their trust to give them business if they don’t set expectations right by giving a timeframe on when they will be attended to, the response I got. I am sorry! then asked to take my details to send Mark an email with enquiry !!!! it is another way to say we don’t care , even when the same person has called three days in a row and made an effort to give them a courtesy call to express his frustration … just to be slammed again with total ignorance…!!!!!!

The receptionist was very polite and professional, and I don’t blame her whatsoever, obviously she is just reflecting the companies attitude in dealing with customers.

How would anyone trust a marketing company that doesn’t know how to market it self!!?

If they don’t care about their own customers, would they care about your customers? I’m not sure

Following a meeting to discuss my design needs with Managing Director, Mark Stringer, it became clear quite quickly that he was managing a team of very accomplished creatives and I was left with little doubt that the finished artwork would impress. It certainly did and that, combined with the approachability of both Mark and the designer involved, made for a smooth and completely hassle-free experience. Highly recommended.
