I've been using this company for years both in my previous role at IDL UK as well as my new roll at OPTIONS LTD. I've never had an issue with them. Their deliveries are reliable as are the products. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. In fact they are one of the few media suppliers that offer to sell 'by the Metre' which is really useful. I can honestly say they're a solid and reliable company.

We used APS for years and could never complain as was a decent supplier who you could rely on. In the last 6 months or so though they have declined massively and not due to the pandemic either. The customer service has been poor, and there has been a lot of errors which in my opinion have not been dealt with right. We have had wrong material sent numerous times, poor quality vinyl and especially double sided tape. Spent a fortune on tape for signs to fall down! and light signs at that. take an age to get a credit note. such a shame but won't use again

None of the staff downstairs have any customer service skills! When you go there they act like your bothering them! Over charge you on crappie materials don't send you colour profiles when you ask! All the staff down stairs are rude instead of the young guy working there! Worst experience of my life doing business with them and I spent thousands with them!
The reason I stopped using this place is because twice they have taken my money then checked to see if its in stock and i drove from fulham to Slough to be told my order isn't done as they didn't have the material! No phone call or email to tell me this just waited for me to get there and I think its disgusting treating good customers like we are pesants and I spent thousands with them from 2017 up to date

Metamark are more professional don't charge you for delivery and don't charge you £15 everytime you need a roll slit

Your staff are unprofessional and rude hence why I was upset not the first time nor the last and who wants to go back and buy cheap materials at high end prices NO ONE

And I am entitled to My opinion based your company's customer service and even to your reply is disgusting and unprofessional remember the customer is always right rule number 1! So everyone reading this and there reply remember this is supposed to be a professional company I would recommend METAMARK

All Print have been supplying my company for years. I have a small sign shop and don't order a lot of material but they are always understanding, helpful and do there best. In all the years there have only been a few hiccups and All Print have always gone over an above to resolve any small issues.
Bill, my sales rep, is an absolute gem of a man. If I ever miss his call, I'm always keen to call him back as soon as I can. He never puts any pressure on me or goes for the hard sell. He always has time and shows interest in my business and I've always felt he genuinely cares and wants me to succeed.
