They've supplied us with oil for about 5 years now. They're consistently cheaper than the online suppliers including those with "oil club" type auto top-up systems or systems where payments are balanced out throughout the year. Quite a lot cheaper than some who claimed to be able to offer special bulk discounts in fact. They always deliver to us the next day and there is no extra charge for this so if we're running low unexpectedly there's still no cause for panic..! Always friendly and a pleasure to deal with..! 🙂

Grays have been supplying heating oil to us for four years and my mother in law prior to that.
Service has always been very good and orders are delivered usually within two or three working days and you do not have to wait in for them. The delivery drivers are always courteous and friendly.
When our heating system was updated and the oil tank replaced Gray’s attended within two hours of the phone call ordering the refill.
Only service I miss is the now removed ‘top up’ service.

Used Grays for two years up until today, rang them and paid account off via credit card (extra charge to be expected).
Asked them for more oil as ran out, the “lady” on the other end of the phone was less than helpful ‘you need to pay up front now as you were a little overdue’ (If I could have paid up
front would I be using my credit card for heating oil!!).
So with three kids, 13, 10 and 1 they could not provide a long term customer with heating oil! It would have been paid by the 15th January as on their invoice!
They are also dearer than another local supplier whom I rang and were here in less than 3 hours!
Well done Grays, your loyalty to your customers astounds me 👏👏

Had completely ran out of heating oil and my sister just happened to see a Gray oil tanker in the village. Not having an account with them I phoned anyway as the company i usually use couldn't get a delivery to me for a week. The lady was very helpful and phoned the driver who was up with oil within 10 minutes. Cant thank you enough and will definitely be using this company from now on. Thank you

Has became a greedy capitalising company. 1 woman in office shouldnt deal with public a horrible nasty person .wont be using again def use Campbell fuels
