I am app 4 Coustmer from 3 years they have my domain ownership. This year app4 become partner with orderyoyo from last week my website not working then I called many many times no one answered just only on WhatsApp they respond they said your domain is not with us. You just deal with your self when I called domain provider they don’t deal with me I am not owner of website , app4 has ownership , then I send him email screenshot that when my domain transferred app4 send confirmation email, now my website not working , I have in my menu and on my sing board same website, they are telling buy another domain,never trust that company otherwise you guys will get my n trouble like me. This is just scum

It's easy to use the app, it's easy for admin to set up the app, it does exactly what it says on the tin and it's fantastic!

We were ready to go within a couple of weeks and the support is outstanding! Probably the best customer support I've experienced.

Laura is my account manager and from the very start has been incredible! I swear she is almost always available on email, even late in the evening! Questions are always answered quickly and accurately with a solution for any request, every time.

The training call was a breeze for myself and my the chef who's not at all tech savvy and there have been no issues since opening.

I highly recommend APP4 and I definitely feel it was the right choice!

I have been working with App4 for around 2 years now and their service is always first class. They have developed and manage two websites and one app for my company. During these very stressful times for hospitality, they have helped drive more revenue and I have found myself asking for tweaks often late at night and always get a positive response.

More recently, Laura has been my account manager and her response time and attention to detail is second to none. Often, we need menu changes or other requests and she is always on hand with a positive attitude.

I can't say I've had a bad experience per say,
The tech team do their best to help you when you approach them. I'm not very tech savvy, they have taken some strain off me.
In other areas though, they are lacking:
Over priced on comparison to competitors.
No real after care once the sale is complete.
The App itself is flawless but,I can't say it's really had any use to know if it can handle real traffic.
Mainly because of marketing.
What has shocked me into submitting a review though; Managers are aware of my personal limitations. They have always come across as over familiar, however as of late, I've been left alone with it. That hasn't helped matters.
A payment their way was overlooked by the bank. Instead of contacting me or sending a polite email. They have stopped services completely.
I shall now look into alternative solutions, hopefully with a team who can manage the platform, not just create an interface.
It's a shame, really.

From the first contact with App4 I felt in safe hands. Steve was great at understanding exactly what I set out to achieve and gave me options when i needed them. I had a strong idea to begin with of what i wanted and my account Manager Laura was there to help every step of the way. Her attention to detail ensured that the app was launched on time and exactly how we wanted it. if I ever need any amendments or changes she is always there to help. I cannot recommend App4 enough.

Absolutely fabulous company who can't do enough for you.
Our accounts manager, Nicola, is wonderful and at the end of the phone or an email whenever we need to make changes (which is often!) and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Ian even dealt with a problem we had on Christmas Eve that kept our business open on one of our busiest days of the year.
Can't recommend App4 enough - you won't be disappointed!

What a phenomenal company, it's the best decision I've ever made to proceed with App4. Laura is incredible, she goes above and beyond to help me. No task is too small for her and the turn around is very quick. App4 should count themselves very lucky to have her working for them. I've never come across a company that offers such a great service than them. All resturant businesses need to sign up for App4, you'll thank me later. I've already got a few people to sign up with App4 and they're extremely happy with their service.
