I went in for a new charger for my Mac book. I was offered a lead for £49 and a box for £59. It might work she said, although you can return it for a refund. What tosh why can’t they supply the apple product. Bought a brand new one on eBay for £18

Came in for a phone repair (under warranty). Unfortunately the repair was delayed for an hour due to an issue with apples repair booking out system. Shaun was incredibly helpful and friendly and kept me updated. This guy is what all Apple employees should be like! A valuable asset to Apple - hold tight as good guys need looking after!

An experience of a friend. Wanted a phone that worked with her mac, but a very low phone user and not tech savvy, came away with an £800 phone, something she definitely did not need; Apple sell a phone for £429 and other makes would work with the mac and cost a little as £100. Apple should be providing customer service, not servicing the share holders.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I drove over an hour away and got caught in traffic. I was less than 15 minutes late to my appointment and they cancelled it on me. They would not budge or show ANY COMPASSION towards my situation. This was a dreadful shame!

I recently had an exceptionally positive experience with the Apple Store in Grand Arcade, Cambridge, which was refreshingly efficient and contrasted sharply with some of the reviews I had come across online. I sent my wife and daughter to pick up a 16-inch MacBook Pro M3 MAX, along with 2 pieces of AirPods Pro (2nd generation) with MagSafe Charging Case (USB-C). The service they received was not only incredibly swift but also exceptionally courteous. My wife was so impressed that she told me, "They treated us like queens." This level of service was especially surprising given the strict identification policies highlighted in other reviews, where just a simple scan of the notification code I sent sufficed for them.

While I acknowledge some customers have had less favorable encounters, citing strict ID requirements, the need for appointments even during off-peak times, perceived service inefficiency, and concerns about equal treatment, my family's experience stands in stark contrast. It's clear there are areas the store could improve on, particularly in ensuring consistently welcoming and efficient service for everyone.

Given the quick and highly positive service my family experienced, I am inclined to believe that this Apple Store has the capacity to deliver top-notch service, as evidenced during our visit. However, it's crucial for potential customers to be mindful of the mixed reviews and adjust their expectations accordingly. Despite the varied experiences, based on the swift and respectful service we received, I would recommend this store for straightforward pickups and purchases.

It's also significant to mention that my family and I are black, and the respectful and unbiased treatment we received, coupled with the swift service, provides a reassuring counterpoint to some of the concerns raised in other reviews. Unfortunately damaged my screen during a phone repair, they wont fix the issue as i didn’t take pictures prior to the repair and theirs wasn’t good enough to be considered conclusive. Not sure if i was expected to take pictures myself prior to the repair or what but anyways not happy but lucky me they offered a screen replacement if i paid lol, creating their own business haha

Came in for a battery change, when booked they advised it’ll take about 45 minutes, been three hours and these geniuses saying half hour more, absolute Joke!!! Genius Bar
