Absolutely disgusting customer service took a Hoover back here and they told me that I broke it myself and wouldn’t refund me even though I had a reference number from Tower to go back in to get a replacement. They still refused. I feel like I was racially profiled by the manager dawn who quite frankly, I don’t understand how she is a manager there as her customer service is disgustingly shocking I will not be shopping at this store ever again

One of the better Argos nice staff actually have enough cashiers and items ready very quickly. More chairs would be great. Best advice is go early as quickest service (but has enough seats to wait) and best staff. Plenty of catalogues to browse and free parking up to 3 hours with a Costa coffee shop close by. Plenty of other shops in the retail park.

Worst Argos store ever. They don’t take back faulty items and make excuses every time blaming the customer, even when it is within the 30 day return policy. Don’t even deserve 1 star. Worst manager and incompetent staff. I don’t understand how this store is legally operating. None of the other stores have ever done this. Unacceptable!! Shame on you Argos!

Manager Paul (bald headed miserable guy) is a joke, initially said they don't have a complaints procedure wouldn’t accept a refund because of fingerprints on plastic part of item, the woman who resembles she hulk is equally useless wouldn't accept a return from an elderly lady as the wire to her product wasn't wound correctly, she dropped her walking stick trying to fiddle with the wires no assistance from any Argos colleagues - ended up going to another store and returned my item without any issue will be avoiding this place.

“JJ” is clearly under stimulated at her job.I’ve seen her be loud and argumentative with customers before and then again she was Shouty to the customer In front of me and then proceeded to ask me for ID for a 16 rated video game because she was in a bad mood. I’m a 27 year old man with a 3 year old kids she was clearly just miserable in her Job. I’ll drive to bury next time

I bought pricess heater and its not hot properly at home,after that i came to store for return and exchange the store manager paul( they dont have name batch) behave very rudely and they didnt belive me and tell me its your change of mind idk argos serviece is worse..i am not happy with product

We bought princess oil heater and not hot properly on 35°c so we want to return it but he refuse and said you tell lie to me and very rudely behave with us..idk argos store manager is behave like illiterate..
