Staff are ignorant and shocking.

Came here to collect an online order to avoid queuing and waiting in line. I walked up to the collection point and got ignored completely by staff not once did I get acknowledged.

A quick “I’ll be with you in a moment” would’ve gone a long way.

However it wasn’t until I spoke up and said something that the staff member told me to wait and then continued to serve other customers. I explained I’ve come to collect an online order not an in store order and still got ignored.

After the staff member dealt with the other customers they explained that you have to wait with everyone else who ordered in store i explained that there’s a massive sign that says “online order collection point” and that it’s very misleading.

Why would I place an online order to wait with those who have ordered in store. just shocking.

Staff are always friendly. I think the manager or deputy manager helped me to get WiFi which is extra miles, she's friendly and quick, so that I can check my argos account online in the store. She also took her time to explain to me tu clothing and argos text are different which is nice.

Exceptional, menu, staff and facilities. Comfortable seats, lighting and good car park. One of the best restaurants I have ever been to, very convenient walk from the train too.

there is this one woman there who thinks you are some kind of boss, today I had to exchange an item that I bought probably 8 days ago, which had a defect and did not work properly, she did not want to accept my order as an exchange, and on top of that, security was called on me haha

Absolutely shocking customer service I wanted to buy a sd card for my camera and asked the manger for advice for which one would be compatible with my camera he recommended one and told me it would work I asked him if he was sure 2-3 times if it would work.

When I got hope I put it into my camera and it didn’t work this Argos isn’t my local one and each way takes me 8 miles so furious is a understatement if a manager is giving out wrong information then god help us all !!
