This store of argos is so far the worst one, bought a baby product in the evening took it back for return next day morning as the fittings was not as i expected so the store lady was rude said they don’t take baby product back for hygiene which I understand, but i told the lady that i have just assembled it at home and just tried once with bouncer and putted back in its original packaging for return in the morning. She wasn’t happy and said not a chance for change of mind, the lady made me assemble it at store and said there is nothing wrong with product as the stand for the toys was just hanging which will fall off if the kids try to catch it. Worst experience which i never experienced in any argos store.

Went to collect a TV the other day and the staff were very kind to offer me their help to get the TV into my car. Professional, polite, helpful people and overall a great experience

Our boiler broke down, which left us with no heating,...ordered two Bush fan heaters from argos for next day delivery,...they arrived friday evening, and we started using them saturday morning,...one was noisier then the other, but not a problem to start with, but the noise got worse after a couple of days like the fan was off kilter, bit of a worry...and the other one, the on off control, heat control wouldnt work , had to turn and push to get it to work, then while it was working it switched its self off...
On thursday we took them both back to Argos,...The manager was so rude, and refused to give us a refund, she said they were working, after she tested them for a few moments each, I explained what had been happening and that we had no heat indoors, so why would I take them back if they were working ok...she said, ... if we gave everyone a refund that wanted one, we would go out of business...!!!...after much arguing,....we were told to take the fans home and call customer services....which I did,...after explaining the whole situation,.they were very understanding, ....they could not believe how rude and unhelpful the manager had been.....they were very understanding, and collected both fans and gave refunds for both fans...

Argos Dagenham is well located and staff were equally helpful. No much queues as the cashiers are very efficient in delivering their duties. Good number of computers and catalogue to make shopping experience worthwhile is the main thing I like about Argos. Their business can be said to be IT compliant. It is what is needed in the 21st century. Love it shopping at Argos!

Rude manager never buy from this store. Sell low quality stuff & don't accept returns at all. Argos should take serious action for this store especially for this rude manager because she is destroying the image of Argos, as I just check it's not only me was effected there hundreds of bad reviews below for this rubbish lady manager.

Other staff were nice here but the manager herself was terrible and didn’t want to offer customer service to black people it was an woman old white one and didn’t serve both me and her friend to claim insurance on a pair of headphones

VERY RUDE MANAGER NAME MICHAEL and this other lady with short hair very rude and ignoring me when I just needed some help with my faulty item. This was my nearest Argos to my home and I just wanted to return an item which had a manufacturer fault with it. The manager said no without looking at the items and walked off in the middle of our conversation when I repeatedly asked him to come back and finish the conversation, also the lady that was there did not offer to help after me being ignored by Michael the manager, and they have left me there without no help At all. Customer service at this store is completely rubbish and very disrespectful staff. He should not be the manager, if he is talking to customers like that with disrespect.

Both Managers are rude and unprofessional, myself and family have used Argos our entire lives and I will never use this company ever again.
