I honestly cannot praise the staff in this store highly enough. They are knowledgeable, polite and extremely courteous.

Ordered a lampshade online, clearly stated a particular colour. On collection, it was clearly the wrong colour. Took back to the counter for Lola to tell me I had ordered the wrong colour the colour I ordered clearly in the email). Even when her manager came over, she was insistent and almost argumentative that it could have been the same colour I had ordered. Begrudgingly gave me my refund.
Thank God for B&M next door!

Bad customer experience – If you're going to buy something, don't purchase from Argos. Instead, buy directly from the brand's website for a better customer experience if any issues arise. With Argos, they simply direct you to the manufacturer. So, why buy from them in the first place?

Had a work emergency and needed to collect an adapter for my mouse, David was there to greet me at the store entrance, helped collect my order quickly and let me know where to go online to claim a VAT receipt later for my employer, speedy and friendly guy. Thanks again

Always great to collect my eBay parcels from here and get a few bits and bobs from the shop and have a mooch around. Staff always friendly, helpful and professional.

Update do not get me wrong I love this place but around 8 parcels have gone missing from this store I think security needs to be stepped up as it wastes my time travelling here to collect parcels that have gone missing and defeats the object and convenience and having this delivered here.

Google location is wrong. Sending me 25 miles in the wrong direction to a different Argos store. 50 mile round trip. Wasted fuel. Wasted time. Staff at both locations are stroppy, and clearly fed up with having to apologize for it, as this "happens all the time"

I bought a Thermos from this branch and went to return it the next day because the lid doesnt fit well to which my wife didnt like it. I went to the branch to refund the item and then this guy' LIVION' tells me he can't do it as the package was a bit ripped. How about you have default product here? It was just a tiny rip. I requested him several times and even asked him to open and see it for himself if the lid would close well and tell me if its working to which he simply denied. How can you just ignore the problem. He should have atleast tried to identify the problem. Cant believe they have people with this attitude working in customer service. He could have have looked into it, opened the package checked it to see it . He could have also requested for exchange or even a gift card. There is plenty of ways to resolve a problem. My question is '' How can you be the face of the company with that attitude''. When you put on a company's uniform you represent the company values, ethics , brand. If you cant add value or standard to the company you work for . Plz dont lower it.
