I would like to say how kind and professional all staff were at Artius Care when they spent 4 x a day for 3 months looking after my husband throughout his end of life care. They were always on time so friendly and caring to us both through a difficult time in our lives. It felt like they just become part of our lives and since my husband passing have become friends!

Artius came to the rescue when my Dad needed some help at home. He had been visited by a number of care providers, but he didn't like any of them and I think Truffle (the dog) felt the same way!
They both felt much more comfortable with Artius Care.
I have been delighted with their attention to detail and their communication with me to keep me updated, is very much appreciated ☺️

I will always be grateful for the wonderful care the staff and management of Artius gave to my mother in her last year. They were angels and having their support gave me the ability to keep her in own home which was her dear wish . They always went beyond the call of duty to meet her needs. I could not have asked for more .

Artius Care have provided a fantastic service looking after my grandmother in her home. They have been kind, professional and calm. When we have asked them to adapt the timetable they have got back to us quickly and done everything possible to help us. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Appalled at the service I received after giving notice to the Chichester branch on 22nd November to say I was ending my services with them on 12th December. They rang me on the Thursday afternoon 24th November to say they had no carers for the Thursday, Saturday and Sunday evening and were unsure about the Friday evening too!! Thankfully one of my Carers said they would come to me on their day off for the Thursday nights call. After speaking with their manager on that same day, I ended my services with them straight away. I am disabled and never ate anything from the Friday morning until the Monday evening when my new care company stepped in after I rang them to say what had just happened. They were disgusted as Artius had shown no Duty of Care and they brought my start date forward from what would have been the 12th December.

I've been really pleasantly surprised by the level of care my mum has received so far. The staff are wonderfully caring, and the administration of her care is efficient (we get a weekly care rota emailed to us), responsive (asked for a different preferred lunchtime, and rota was altered the following week), and caring (they respond quickly to feedback from staff).
