It's ok. Some spirits prices good. Got what I went for. Used self checkout. Woman there clearly stressed. Whisky needed authorising, ok done, I pointed out the tag. "I'll take that off when you've paid". Oh ok. So I paid. Then sat on the checkout for what seemed like ages, while people were waiting for a free till. Did she think I was going to chase her to take the tag off?
Proper headshaking and tutting when she saw I was waiting still.

Not my issue love. You knew you had to come back. I'm not chasing around.

Disappointed with management when I fell I emailed them didn’t even get back to me not even phone nothing and Ian still suffer today with my knee

Quite a large Asda with a good range of food and drink. Toilets are unisex, and there is only three, so sometimes you will have a short wait to use one.
Prices as in most supermarkets are matched to Aldi and Lidl.
Staff are helpful if you need to ask them where something is.
There is a fairly large car park.
Their nearby petrol station is unmanned, and is card only.
A good store.

After my wife and I shopped in asda today with 2 baskets and spending over £120 when we got to the till we realised we had left our shopping bags in the car so we asked very nicely if we could use the basket to take our shopping to the car and were told under no circumstances we couldn't we even pointed out the the assistant our car was just outside the door but the answer was still no ! The only reason she gave us was some people pinch the baskets, so ended up leaving our shopping on the checkout for 5 mins whilst my wife went to get our bags out of the car and holding everyone up, stupid stupid stupid.
Aldi here we come

To be honest, I don't use Asda that often. Although you can buy from a really good and varied range, they aren't the cheapest around. Online orders for pick up or delivery is handy if you are busy.

Easy to find,fuel supply and close to other main shopping outlets.

the staff were rude and judgy and carried on giving us dirty looks throughout our shopping experience. check out staff had an attitude for no reason and didn’t once speak to us nicely.

I went to this asda last night with my family we went to get some snacks and we were in a sucha a good mood because we came here on a little holiday but as soon as we got to the Asda we were met with a very unwelcoming environment with everyone especially the staff giving us dirty looks we felt so uncomfortable we didn’t even get everything thing we needed we got half our stuff then paid and left straight away then went to tesco instead where the staff were so nice and welcoming we will definitely not be going to this Asda again
