Bought a pizza deal off the counter and when we ate it, it didn’t taste right. Called Asda and spoke to Jenny who was unbelievably helpful.
Not only did she agree to refund the pizzas, she replaced them with different ones and gave a small Asda voucher for the future. The simple fact that she asked questions to find out why it happened so it can be prevented again was remarkable customer care. Cannot stress enough how little you see this these days in customer service, very impressed.

DO NOT COME HERE!. Parking spaces were awful!. People outside there cars yelling and smoking. My 4 year old was coughing because of that man smoking and laughed. Very rude temper. Staff are nice. One lady with short brown hair very polite 🙂 the only worst thing are the men smoking. Be careful around when u have children around them!. The food in the Asda is very good
Bacon and cheese wrap I always get. The terrible incident outside with people arguing, a guy in a car nearly scratch ours. I am very DISAPPOINTED. There was noSecurity so anyone can just steal and there was a lot of alarming noises and none of the staff even bothered to check if anyone is stealing

Asda yeovil is usually a good store however some staff are rude to customers and the management would be advised that at busy times they should reduce queues at busy stations like the pizza counter and have more than one member of staff trying to clear a back log of more than 30 people

I have shopped at this store for 15 years, weekly. It has always been okay, just a supermarket but lately things have gone downhill. The store isn't as clean as it could be. Home delivery staff and their trolleys are constantly in the way. By far and away the biggest problem is supplies and lack of items on the shelf. There are too many home shoppers and not enough staff to fill the shelves. Why are there so many empty cages abandoned after a shelf has been topped up? Move them. The staff to be fair have always been friendly and polite, the problems are management related. Another problem is check out. During the day usually there are two tills open and operated by staff. None of them seem to know how to use the new till system and none of them know what to do with the Asda store card? Get a grip Asda or lose customers.

Absolutely disgusted with a lady on the self service staff ,Saturday 29th March 2025 , 11 52 am , Rudeness just doesn't come into it , .. There were no queues on the trolly tills so I proceeded to pay for my items ,bearing in mind the basket held as much as a trolly would have , and she rudly told me I couldn't use the till ,I challenged her opinion and asked why I couldn't use them when no one is queuing, she didnt have an answer just dug her heels in that i could not use them .. the basket tills were all full , Her attitude was beyond acceptable and I went out of the supermarket fuming , Morrisons on the other hand encourages shoppers to use the trolly ones if they are free , sort it out Asda , everyone's money is valuable to your store , puts me off shopping there ,

It always seems a bit chaotic. Doesn't matter what time you visit we always have to dodge shelf stickers and stock on pallets.
