I went looking for a CD player and was able to chat to Ben when I got to the shop who worked out what I needed and found me a few options that suited. No fuss and very friendly, expertise shared in the nicest possible way. I went in not really knowing what I was looking for but having got home what I was recommended I couldn’t be happier. It’s a really cool shop packed with gear, I’d really recommend a visit. Go and buy from some people that clearly care about what they’re doing!

Fantastic hifi shop. Only stock the best kit (new or retro) and run by genuine audiophile enthusiasts. Recently helped me out massively, helping me get my speakers working again. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Hope to be coming back for an amp upgrade sometime soon (theyve got some excellent amps). A gem of a shop.

Really helpful/friendly staff, not pushing you to buy their stuff but genuinely helping you to get what you really like and want. They know what they are doing - super knowledgeable! Thanks to Alex, Julia and Ben. Had a great experience there and will defo come back for upgrades in the future.

I can't recommend Audio Gold enough. A great selection of hi-fi equipment to choose from. Once I'd selected a turntable, the member of staff gave me a quick guide to setting it up.
Also a great selection of new and second-hand vinyl to browse through.

You can’t rate this place high enough. Anything less than five stars is disrespectful. Honestly, the level of service you get is unmatched by any retail store in London. These guys just love knowing that somewhere people are listening to music on the best sound system they can get. They’re generous. They’re unpretentious. They’re just servants of sound. If you love your music, just show up with no ego and they’ll make sure you’re satisfied.

Don’t believe me — I watched them mix and match audio equipment for a guy, £5k worth of equipment for five hours. He walked out with nothing — not even a record. They were unbothered.

Anyway — they’re a London classic. My guy went there 30 years ago and said they were class back then too.

Brilliant spot for a lovingly selected collection of vinyl records and beautiful audio equipment. Big Boss Bass. All the records you adored can be found at decent prices considering the condition. The staff are amazing and the speakers will melt your mind and heart. An absolute treasure of a location. Go flip some covers.
