Considering that I visited AudioT, as a result of an item I had bought elsewhere, being defective. I was delighted with the service I was afforded! Initially, I was exchanging emails with the seller, he engaged with AudioT to resolve my issue.
I couldn't have been more impressed with the help I received. The guys were fabulous.
Getting into central Manchester is never fun for me, but parking was ok though £4-60 for an hour!
None of which is the fault of AudioT!
Their service on this occasion, for something they hadn't sold, was above and beyond!
Appointment are recommended, though not necessary, unless you want to demo gear. Thank you James, and the other guys, for all the help, and advice!👍🙏😊😎👏👏👏

Exceptional Service

I’m sure I’ve been a customer of Audio t Manchester for at least 10 years now and my recent experience has only confirmed why they remain my preferred choice when purchasing either new or indeed upgrading my equipment. Whilst all staff have been extremely friendly and helpful it’s predominantly Munir who I’ve had the pleasure to deal with.
On this occasion it was advice on replacing two up firing KEF Atmos speakers. After listening to Munir’s advice in regards suitability I ultimately decided on 4 Monitor Audio C2L’s. Wow - what can I say. This has transformed my system in the most amazing way possible, taking Atmos and Spatial Audio to a whole new level 😊😊
Throughout this process Munir was very professional and indeed patient whist explaining the benefits of various options and installation etc. I am very appreciative of his time, knowledge and enthusiasm for ensuring I get the very best from my system and I have no doubt I’ll be visiting Bridge Street again.

Superb service from the lads when I purchased a Naim New Classic system. Answered all my emails and gave me a great deal including taking my old equipment away. Special mention to Munir who drove over with the system and took my items away. The best hifi shop in the North West by far.

I visited the store in February knowing what I wanted but was unsure if I'd picked the right turntable for me and the set up I had. The guys were brilliant and certainly helped make up my mind without any pressure whatsoever. They even kept hold of my purchase until later in the day so I didn't have to walk it through the Manchester rain.
