I've been a customer at this branch of AudioT for many years and am very pleased with the service, advice and range of products available. The staff, past and present, are highly approachable and always offered good quality insights and suggestions accurately reflecting my requirements. Nothing has been too much trouble to arrange; whatever hasn't been available to borrow from this store has been quickly obtained from another branch. Strongly recommended.

I bought my first pieces of Hi-Fi, a Michell Focus 1 turntable with a Creek CS4040 from Audio T, it was then known as 'Hampshire Audio' back in the 1980's.
I have always received a friendly, first class customer service from Alan and the team backed up with their extensive product knowledge, considerate care for the customer and objective but reason based recommendations and combinations.
I am still liaising with AudioT Southampton on a regular basis for advice on repairs and new purchases and hopefully will do so for many years to come.

I bought my first real hifi from Hampshire Audio back in 1981, a Linn Sondek, Rogers a100 amp & RCL speakers, a fine little system that lasted me many years. When I retired to compliment my Linn turntable, I treated myself to Naim amplification & cd along with the wonderfully detailed PMC fact.8 speakers. First class service from Alan and his team when buying. However even the best kit can occasionally malfunction and the true colours of a business are put to test when they do. I am pleased to say that Alan’s response, communication and the way he worked to resolve the issue was exemplary. The niggling problem once found was easily fixed, but even if it hadn’t been I am confident that Alan would’ve pulled out all the stops to get my system back to tip top condition. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Audio-T Southampton, not only at point of sale but the after sales service is equally as impressive. Thanks once again one very pleased customer. I am always conflicted by this store. 3 times I have visited when upgrading hi-fi gear to support a local business and for advice. Each time it has been made so abundantly clear that they don't really care about the customers specific scenario or care to give any advice whatsoever. Much better service from online retailers.

I have been a customer of Audio T in Southampton for many years. On each and every occasion they have understood my requirements, my budget, and the direction I wanted to take my hi-fi and AV system in. Their product knowledge is very good, and being brand agnostic means that they have never tried to drive me to a brand or product that didn't suit me from a performance or aesthetic point of view.

I do think that the advent of COVID has possibly impacted the experience that some customers might feel they get, but I have never felt this and have become a loyal and continuing customer.
