First bought tools from the initial outlet back in the 80’s a very modest purchase from a modest store . Now I run a workshops in Antigua and needs have grown. I recently bought a few thousand quids worth of Festool from the Axminster. Needles to say they have grown exponentially in the last few decades. I found the level of stock and customer service to be superb. My order was very time sensitive and The tools made it to the freight forwarder in double quick time. Everything was seamless.

I ordered a chuck, a sharpening wheel and a grinding wheel reduction. The chuck is great, in fact its awesome. Great quality tools and I really enjoy them. The wheel reduction was initially not included in the package but was sent separately after contacting the sales department.

Very good service. Great and quick contact via chat. There was a problem with my order but it was quickly resolved. Lots of good quality goods at a good price. When buying from outside the UK prices include fees.
