Opinions

Many customers appreciate the variety of shops and the reasonable prices. However, some visitors have noted that there are a number of unused premises, which they believe would draw more visitors if they were utilized. Additionally, there have been reports of abuse of disabled parking bays by those not displaying a blue badge. Despite these concerns, the shopping centre maintains a generally positive reputation.

Quite a good range of shops and some are reasonably priced. There are a lot of unused premises here which is a shame as it would draw more visitors if all of the shops were in use. I'm guessing that it's the council to blame for extortionate rent charges.
Car parking at rear but the disabled bays often get abused by folk who don't own a blue badge and make themselves a space that doesn't exist. This happens constantly and nobody seems to check or do anything about it.

As a tourist I was disappointed to see that numerous shops were boarded up and there's a lot of rubbish around the area, I'm not sure if this is due to people going to larger retail parks and ignoring the local shops which is a shame.

It was a nice surprise. Fully pedestrianised, spacious, plenty of seating and a good selection of stores for light shopping. Has some well established shops like Boyes as well as independent shops. There were a number of empty shops as is the case for many town centres.

It's a disappointment to see the state of the town centre today, when you compare it to 25 years ago. 75%+ of the shops are vacant. The rents are too high for small businesses to consider having a high street presence here. Parking! Ha ha. What a joke. We have a 3 storey car park that can hold well over 100 cars, but for some reason it's closed and has been for years.
We need a B&M or Home bargains store to breathe some life into the town.

This is a quirky little shopping centre, Everything you need is all within walking distances. If you want a little time out and need to grab a few things, this is the perfect place, whilst the cost of living is affecting us all, there are some cost affective shops, within the shopping centre. Overall a nice place to shop and maybe grab some food if your feeling a little peckish or want a decent cup of tea.
