I’ve never written a review before, but I had to this time because the man was truly horrible.

When I saw all the other reviews saying the same thing, I couldn’t help but laugh—I realized he has serious personality issues. Maybe even family problems affecting the way he treats customers.

He was so rude and aggressive when I went to pick up my parcel, yelling at me for no reason. At one point, I even got scared he might hit me. Later, I remembered my sister once came home crying because of him—he was rude to her too and even took money from her Oyster card. When I brought it up, he just pretended not to remember.

Avoid this place. I will pray for him and his family 🙏

The manager needs to stop being so intimidating. I went to pick up my parcel within 2 hours of receiving the delivery email, but he was rudely adamant that there had been no courier arrivals today. I showed him the email several times saying that they only notify once it actually arrives. He found it a few minutes later but I left feeling annoyed. Why the unnecessary stress?

Asked 'why are you coming at this time' after entered the shop (?!). I guess because it was opened and I needed few things.. but changed mind and left on the spot to go elsewhere. Then I see an avalanche of reviews that sadly are pretty believable given my bizzare encounter. Is this a social experiment?

Astonishingly bad attitude from the guy behind the counter (assuming the manager). I picked up a parcel here. It was my first time using this courier and could not find the scannable barcode on my phone.

A little bit of patience was all that was needed, but he immediately went into a rage in a matter of seconds, scoffing, rolling his eyes, snapping and yelling at me in front of a line of customers.

Never had a parcel collection be so bizarre and uncomfortable

DO NOT GET YOUR PARCEL DELIVERED HERE.

The rude and obnoxious staff will tell you that despite them having to hold the parcel for 10 days, after 2 days it was returned to the courier as they don't have space (shouldn't offer this service if you don't have space), however, upon contacting the courier and looking at the tracking updates this is not the case.

Never will i get any parcels from here again. Very rude and when i went to collect after getting a code i was told it wasnt there and then barcode wouldn't work

AVOID at all costs! Rude staff and happy to lie to our faces to suggest that my parcel had been 'sent back' (despite it only arriving with them a few days ago) only for it to miraculously appear when we stood our ground. Extremely unhelpful and will never be using them again.

I was served by the most unhelpful shop manager who was incredibly rude and had no customer etiquette. Do not send deliveries here, they will just get lost, I have reported the incident and let Hermes, Royal Mail and the other couriers know that the parcels get lost in this shop and this place needs to be removed from the selection list of where to send parcels.
