Two years after setting up my own business and my own 'free' website, the time came to bring in a 'professional' to build an updated and modern website for our expanding brand. I always like to use local businesses when possible and I was drawn towards Ben's website from the start. A website is the make or break of the start of your customer journey, so it HAS to be right. Ben's website was of excellent quality so it seemed right to get in contact to discuss what I needed. From day one, Ben has been superb. I will admit, I've been fussy and a perfectionist due to the reasons mentioned above - but Ben always found the time (quickly) to discuss and look at ways to improve the current flow of the customer checkout process.

The website is now fast, has Apple & GooglePay integrated, links into our Royal Mail account to seamlessly transfer all orders so that they are ready to print and post and is just generally lovely to look at! It's been live only a few days, and already I have had comments from people saying how much they love it. Ben is a credit to his profession and does a great job for a very good price. He's given me options for the future in terms of expanding and developing and I can honestly say I'm so glad I found him. We have saved a lot of time moving forward with this new website.
