I had a banner made for my nieces 18th and it was amazing. They was really helpful when I was being really fussy to makesure it was perfect and the quality was far better than what I could of hoped for. Will definitely be ordering again

As a chalkboard artist I've been using these people for years without any problems. This year it all went wrong. In march I had a refund owed but in the end I took it in goods. The same happened in June when they overcharged me. There was no response to my emails and again no reply so I'm still owed. A shame because they were always good to deal with.

I ordered usb port charger from this company on 1st of April 2022. 1st they said it will take 2 weeks, I needed it and waited. They charged the money straight in that day. After 2 weeks no update, when I asked update about my order they said will be dispatched on 25th of April. They didn’t dispatch until 1st week of May and up there they didn’t even ask me and send similar item. When I said they item is wrong item, they said we don’t have in stock this item anymore but on their website it was still available. Sorry to write here, worst experience in my life. At the end I asked refund. Misguiding people with item which don’t have in stock. Asking people to wait and dispatching wrong item. Very much disappointed. Don’t wanna give a star even.
