Dave has been phenomenal from start to finish. I’ve wanted a brand new site for a long time but the agency’s I were contacting weren’t that creative. Dave has created a brand new site that I absolutely love and he updated me with all the changes along the way to make sure I was happy with it. Not only this but Dave has also implemented a CRM system which has helped massively! No need for spreadsheets anymore! It’s been absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend this service ❤️

Prior to working with Dave at Big Bark Media I managed my own admin including taking bookings, invoicing, chasing payments, sending reminders of sessions. As my business has grown this became very time consuming. In previous roles I’ve used CRM systems before but technology has progressed massively and I was a little lost on the best route to take.

Dave recommended appropriate CRM systems and helped set them up. Clients are now able to book on the website including paying for the course/1-1 session. Through the integrations that Dave has set up, these then pull through automatically to my CRM system. He helped me to set up a range of automations which means that clients are sent email reminders at appropriate times.

This has saved me a massive amount of time and stress. Should I have any queries or changes I’d like to make I always get a really rapid response.
