This is our first experience of using a digital marketing agency, so in the beginning there was a lot of doubt whether this new initiative would pay off. I would stay clear of using Bigg limtied. Used them for 3 months for the purpose of increasing my facebook and instagram sales. After 3 months I spent with bigg over £3500 including advertising costs. Only received £300 in turnover back. Was assured they were giving me great results but was absolutely awful…… Got a better service just speaking to facebook themselves and they even said the set up was targeted towards the wrong customers Id save your money and either look elsewhere or speak to facebook directly.
