I go here to collect parcels on my very small Brompton folding bike. They don’t have any bike racks or anywhere to lock the bike so I’ve always taken it in with me, with no issues. Today a very rude and aloof woman told me to leave it outside, where it would be at risk of being stolen. I always spend £5 + each time I collect a parcel, but won’t get any future parcels sent there.

They offer Hermes parcel delivery service in store and scan each parcel once you have listed it on the equipment in their store. BE WARNED, when Hermes loose your valuable parcel they will offer you no customer service, or help. They have a sales assistant who refuses to assist, ignores you to get rid of you and shouts at you that it is ' not his problem!'. RUDE. Hermes have no contact number and online you get a robot that repeats the same question. The system is corrupt and in effect THEFT. Their tracking system does not work. This store bills itself as your communities Premier convenience store& I found loosing my hard earned cash a Premier inconvenience. Community does not exist in this country anymore. People just want your money , , by any corrupt means. End of. The sales assistant who doesn't assist is paid a wage , he clearly thinks: why should he worry about you and your loss of income. COMMUNITY! Don't make me laugh.

Be warned, for Hermes returns, you must be able to use technology with no trouble whatsoever, otherwise, whilst you'll be given help and assistance, you will be spoken to with impatience, frustration, rudeness and with no empathy or understanding whatsoever that will leave you in tears, as it did for one customer who I am writing this on behalf of. Shocking service and a refusal to apologise, because that's just 'how they speak'. I will be making sure to return my parcels elsewhere in future.

No stars.
I went here to return an Amazon package as their website suggested.
It was noted as being a 'print in store' location.
The man behind the counter was rude and condescending.
I walked in and said hello and he just stared at me. I said that I would like to return a parcel and he just continued to stare at me. He then said you can't return that here without a label. I said the Amazon website said I could as it is noted as a 'print in store' location.
'Websites are not always right' he said.
I then showed him my QR code and he said that it was too small!?!
I said I can zoom in and he said I can't touch your phone due to covid!?
He clearly did not want to help and was going out of his way to be rude.
I suggest going somewhere else where your business will be appreciated.
