Working with the lovely Charlotte is always a great and stress free. She is organised and takes anything in her stride. I have worked with Charlotte on a number of occasions and always look forward to one of her weddings.

The hardest thing about this review will be keeping it short.

We cannot say enough about Charlotte and Katie. Their enthusiasm was there right from the start, from the very first meeting. They finished our thoughts and sentences and we had an immediate reassurance that we were in capable hands. We are very detailed orientated, we had done most of the planning ourselves before we brought Charlotte and Katie on board and that’s probably our biggest regret, not finding them sooner and bringing them on board earlier. Their experience, attention to detail and organisational skills were self-evident and they asked about details that no one else had thought of except us. Other than us (the bide and groom) they were the only people to have EVERY single detail of the big day (and remember them). We knew we could completely trust them to manage the set up and running of our special day. They understood our whole vision and the part that every supplier played in our day. We can honestly say that we had brilliant suppliers, but there were so many jobs that fell outside of the venue/ florist/ stylist etc that without Black Sheep, those jobs wouldn’t have got done and our day wouldn’t have been as special as it was.

The day before the wedding, we realised that there were DIY jobs that we weren’t going to get done, so we asked the girls if they could do them and they agreed without hesitation. We felt guilty at the amount we asked them to do, but they really took it all in their stride, they were completely unfazed. No idea how they did it all in the time. They did not stop working from the day before our wedding, all the way through our wedding, right through to every bag, crate, box and fairly light being packed up. They even kept the staff at the venue on their toes, prompting them to clear plates. No job was ever too big or too small for Charlotte and Katie. They were always there when they were needed and they made it look effortless, but we know it absolutely wasn’t.

The wedding industry can be greedy and grasping, but Katie and Charlotte give everything they’ve got and then a bit more. They were determined to make our day as stress free and perfect as possible for us. They went above and beyond what we expected, even our guests have commented on how much they did throughout the day. Katie & Charlotte won’t let you down, the relationship between them is special and they are a formidable team. Nothing we can say in any review will express our gratitude for all they did for us, we are so sad that we don’t get to do the wedding planning over again, except this time with Black Sheep involved from the beginning.

I don’t even know where to start in saying thank you to Charlotte and her team for helping us on our wedding day. From start to finish, Charlotte made sure every single detail was checked and looked after. Throughout the whole build up, she was reassuring and positive - putting us totally at ease. On the day, she ensured everything was set up to the highest quality and that everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. There is no way we could of had our day run without a glitch without Charlotte and her team! I cannot thank her or recommend highly enough!

Charlotte was just incredible from start to finish helping us on our wedding day. In the build up to the ‘big day’ she provided us with so many helpful tips that we hadn’t yet thought of and dealt with all our suppliers so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. On our actual day Charlotte was a superstar and ensured we could relax in full confidence not worrying about a thing. Any hiccups were sorted within moments and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to run our day. Charlotte is not only a professional, keeping everyone and everything running smoothly, but a lovely person who was a joy to have with us on the day. We could not have had our day without her support. Everyone needs a Charlotte for their wedding! Thank you again for helping to make it so special for us.

Where do I begin?! Charlotte and Katie were amazing from the day we met them! Throughout the planning process they were on hand to answer any questions, gave advice on ideas and provided us with recommendations of suppliers (which we used and loved!). They shared our enthusiasm for the day, complimented each other with the knowledge, skills and expertise they both brought and were two amazing ladies who we felt we could completely trust with the planning and running of our special day. They were brilliant setting up our venue the day before and morning of the wedding (and packing up at the end of the night too!), were busy liaising with suppliers, setting up and dressing areas and were a genuine friend to the bride during stressful moments! During the day, Charlotte and Katie did not stop! They had planned the day perfectly and even with the unpredictable British weather (heavy rain in August!!) the changes they made to the running of the day seemed effortless and unfazed them. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, so much so that I wouldn’t even know where to begin to list everything! They both really understood the vision we had for the day, were honest with what would and wouldn’t work and gave us ideas we would have never thought of. Charlotte and Katie were both professional and a friend at the same time. We are so grateful and felt very lucky to have them be a part of our special day. There is not one thing we would change about our day and so much of that is down to these superhuman ladies!

Where do we begin?

We had a vision of what our wedding would look like but no idea how we would put it all together, and then we met Charlotte! The Fairy Godmother of weddings!
Nothing is too much trouble for her, from calming words to putting the flowers in my hair (and the 5 bridesmaids) minutes before our ceremony!

Charlotte and Sandy created a wedding we could only dream of, every single detail was given the upmost thought and consideration. We were totally blown away and so were our guests. Nothing was too much trouble for Charlotte, her calm, friendly, professional manner filled us with confidence, she became our wedding lifeline no matter what time of day or night. Even after our wedding she continued to help, trawling the bins to look for our missing bag (which we’d actually left in a taxi😱)

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything!

Charlotte and Katie were the BEST wedding planners we could ever ask for! We live in Brooklyn, USA and had our wedding at the East Quay Venue. We were a bit nervous to be planning our wedding from another country, but Charlotte and Katie were there for every step along the way to help us with all questions and take meetings with vendors when we couldn't be there in person.On the day they were FAB, helping with every detail and making everything went according to plan. They are detail orientated, and were always a what's app message away with any questions. We couldn't have done it without them!

Charlotte organised the most fantastic 40th birthday party for us over the summer. She was able to recommend wonderful local suppliers and had lots of great ideas ranging from decoration to music and even party games for the children who attended (which the adults loved too!). Having her helping us was invaluable - her enthusiasm and energy is endless and she was fantastic in the weeks/ months before as well as on the day itself.
