Ordered a lovely new Bosch washing machine which was delivered exactly on the time given. My old one was taken away and the guys were friendly, polite and even showed me how to use the different settings. Fantastic service, will definitely recommend and use them again. There is an old quote, "Being on par with price and product gets you into the game, but to win the game you must add exceptional customer service" and this is exactly what Patrick and the team at Blason's manage with abundance. After spending hours and hours on the phone to SKY, I lost the will to live and made one last desperate attempt at keeping my sanity, and called Blasons...
The phone was answered, that was the first positive thing, then the lovely chap on the end, actually took the time to listen to me, second positive. A home visit was duly booked, Roger and Ryan arrived as arranged, happy, polite and just great... They looked at my current situation, spoke to me about what could and what should be done, then set about doing the agreed work.
After completing the work, without any fuss or bother, all my TV problems were a thing of the past.
Quite simply it's bye bye SKY and hello Blasons!
I have absolutely no hesitation to give 5 stars and recommend Blasons...
