Blaydon have been helping us look at sound and AV over the past year and they just installed a projector, screen and speakers in our new annexe for community film nights and public use.

They spent a day doing the installation and just needed a couple of extension leads to get it all working. The system works great, the equipment the recommended works well and they left the place clean and tidy afterwards.

After a microphone got broken at the church the day before a funeral my 82 year old friend called and spoke to Rick.
EVERYTHING was done .. frequency setting .. batteries. It arrived this morning at the agreed time, it was taken tot he church and it worked perfectly first time. Everyone was informed as to how Rick saved the day and he was toasted at the wake.

A very positive experience with Blaydon Communications Limited and especially with Richard, the Technical Sales Advisor.

I had a couple of questions I needed answering before ordering. I called the helpline and received a call back before the end of the day. It was a pleasure speaking with someone who took the time and trouble to answer my questions in a clear and polite manner. I subsequently placed the order and received an e-mail from Richard confirming that my order had been packed and despatched. The item arrived the following day and worked perfectly. I am extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the goods. Highly recommend and thank you.

Richard was my contact at Blaydon and he was amazing! His advice was helpful, (and friendly - which made a huge difference) and helped me work out the problem with our lapel mic set-up at church, really quickly. I ordered a replacement mic using the link Richard sent and then received an email saying that he was going to make sure the order was dealt with by him personally. The mic arrived really quickly and works perfectly. I only wish I had gone to Blaydon in the first place instead of scouring the internet for help and advice. Absolutely first class service which is so unusual these days. Thank you Blaydon and thank you Richard! You are a star!

What a fantastic company! The power supply for my Chord Radio Microphones failed and I couldn't find a 14v 350ma replacement for love or money.
After two weeks I finally found Blaydon and the wonderful Richard sourced me a compatible replacement. He even tested the psu with equipment at his company to make absolutely sure the psu worked.
It was so good I ordered a spare! Richard's help was invaluable and saved me the £100 it would have cost to buy new Microphones.
Blaydon will be my go to option for any further issues of this nature. They are simply incredible!!!

Wark Town Hall recently engaged Blaydon Communications to install a Hearing Loop and supporting sound system.
We are delighted with the system and the engineers who fitted the equipment were courteous, helpful and discussed what they were planning at each stage.
